Shipping Policy – The Vault

At The Vault, we offer a unique collection of gear and apparel—some items ship directly from our HQ, while others are made to order and shipped by our trusted production partners. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Order Processing

  • In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days from our location.

  • Made-to-order or dropshipped items may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the supplier and product.

You may receive multiple packages if your order includes both in-house and dropshipped items.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Note: These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or seasonal demand.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your order includes items from multiple locations, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


Missing or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, contact us here and we’ll help track it down.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Packages marked as "delivered" but not received (please check with neighbors or your local carrier first)
