Return & Refund Policy – The Vault

Thanks for shopping with The Vault. We take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at support@shopthevault.co with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent in error.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us here within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos and your order number — we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloads (if applicable)

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces
